Hello, I’m Giovanna and my passion for childcare traces back to my own childhood. I’ve always been fascinated by the ways young children learn and grow.

Having studied human sciences and in particular psychology, I gained a deep understanding of the critical importance of the first five years in a child's development, since then I knew I wanted to pursue a career in childcare.
​
My employment history includes working in various childcare facilities and settings. My professional experience has reinforced my belief and ambition to provide a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment for children.

Running my own childminding business has now given me the opportunity to implement everything I've learned and that I believe in, with the overarching goal to make a genuine difference in children and their carers' lives.

I first met Giovanna just over 2 years ago when our son first joined nursery, Giovanna was his key person and we always appreciated her genuine care, kindness, dedication and empathy, as well as her ability to provide advice and support. This year we were lucky to secure Giovanna as a full-time nanny to our now 3y.o. before staring nursery for a month and she took great care to plan everyday with a new activity but was also flexible in case our son wasn't in the right headspace. She is professional, experienced and a brilliant communicator. I can hand on heart say that I was always sure that our son was in the best and safest hands. I trust Giovanna 100%, her love for children is genuine and she will do anything to keep them safe and look after their learning whilst always having fun.
